JJ started his dance career in Rhyl, North Wales, performing in many competitions, productions and pantomimes. JJ started performing professionally at the age of 8 performing alongside Danny la rue and Linda Nolan. He won many British and European championship competitions in Freestyle Dance and at the age of 11 JJ competed and won the National Eisteddfod. After JJ’s victory he was then invited to train at The Hammond School in Chester. At the age of 16 JJ auditioned and was awarded a full scholarship to attend Performers College in London, where he graduated with a National Diploma in Musical Theatre and Dance and obtained his ISTD and RAD teaching qualifications.

After travelling the world JJ has returned back to his roots where his career began to teach the young stars of today. He wants to give back his knowledge of the professional industry and his skills as a professional dancer and choreographer.
